As a Consulting Recruiter at Baker Tilly, you will play a critical role in driving growth by managing full cycle recruiting for experienced professionals. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and HR to deliver a high-touch candidate experience, shape recruiting strategies, and contribute to making Baker Tilly an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment for experienced hires, from kick off calls to offer close. Maintaining clear and strong communication among all parties involved.
  • Partner with leaders, resource management and HR to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, and assess top talent, with a focus on building diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Facilitate interviews and debrief sessions, ensuring alignment with hiring managers.
  • Lead the offer process, including negotiation and extension, in partnership with HR and leadership.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with firm policies, diversity initiatives, and EEO guidelines.
  • Team with talent attraction operations to ensure appropriate communication with candidates occurs and all required documents are completed.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, hiring partners, and external recruiting sources.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, career fairs, and industry meetings to strengthen the firm's brand.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects such as employment branding, D&I initiatives, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; HR or related field preferred
  • 1 year of full cycle recruiting required; professional services/public accounting experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong time management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., workday) preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed (~5%).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

The pay rate range for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

The national pay rate range is $67,360 to $102,150
