Job description

MUST HAVE SKILLS
• Significant leadership experience spanning cybersecurity, technology, infrastructure, or managed services within complex enterprises.
• Strong expertise in Cybersecurity Strategy, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Architecture, API Security, SIEM/SOC, Cloud & Infrastructure Security, and Cyber Transformation programs
• Experience developing cybersecurity thought leadership, point-of-view papers, solution offerings, or customer-specific transformation roadmaps.
• Strong CXO-level stakeholder management and advisory experience with US Healthcare clients
• Understanding of healthcare enterprise environments and the interaction between business, technology, security, privacy, risk, compliance, and audit functions.
• Ability to connect cybersecurity investments to measurable business, risk, resilience, and operational outcomes
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the Healthcare Cybersecurity Practice strategy, growth roadmap, and capability development.
2. Build and maintain executive relationships with healthcare customer CXOs and act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.
3. Identify, shape, and convert cybersecurity opportunities across existing and new healthcare customers.
4. Lead cybersecurity RFPs, RFIs, solution design, proposal creation, deal pursuit strategy, and customer presentations.
5. Develop healthcare-specific cybersecurity offerings across Security Transformation, GRC, IAM, Cloud Security, SOC/SIEM, API Security, Vulnerability Management, and Managed Security Services.
6. Work closely with Client Partners and Account Teams to grow cybersecurity revenues and expand wallet share within strategic healthcare accounts.
7. Represent the unit in customer forums, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives while driving innovation in areas such as AI-enabled security and cyber resilience.
8. Help customers strengthen cyber resilience while supporting digital transformation and business modernization.
Salary Range: $200,000 -$220,000 year
