Job description

The Opportunity:
This Compliance Analyst position assists the Marketing Review (MR) team with various administrative responsibilities including running billing reports, volume reports, board reporting, website inspections, as well as assisting with system administration.
What you'll do:
  • Create submissions for Annual and Semi-Annual Reports in the ComplianceAlpha Marketing Review system
  • Perform website inspections in accordance with the firm's policy
  • Liaise with internal MR operations counterparts to assist with system administration
  • Work under pressure and time constraints to ensure client deadlines are met
  • Assist with various system related tasks, such as closing out stale files, running various volume reports, and uploading supporting documents to the system
  • Track progress of assignments using project management software tools
  • Perform other ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support ACA's various client and internal initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience
  • 1-2 years' previous work experience, financial services environment helpful

  • Ability to interpret rules and regulations and communicate them to others
  • Strong organizational skills, including the capacity to multi-task
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
