Service Advisor – German Autowerke Inc.
Oceanside, CA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

German Autowerke has proudly served Oceanside and North County San Diego for over 35 years, specializing exclusively in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and MINI. We’ve built our reputation on exceptional customer service, honest recommendations, quality repairs, and over 300 five-star Google reviews.
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career.
Automotive experience is not required—we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do: 
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment each customer arrives.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repair recommendations.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily workflow.
  • Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and present repair recommendations.
  • Help achieve shop sales and customer satisfaction goals while always putting the customer’s best interests first.

What We’re Looking For: 
  • Strong sales experience with a proven ability to build trust and close recommendations.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a team-first mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Automotive service advisor experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right individual with exceptional sales ability and a passion for customer service.
