Freelancer In Customer Support

We are looking for a freelancer in the area of customer support for administrative and telephone tasks.

  • Processing of customer emails via ticket system
  • Care and follow-up of existing customers
  • Telephone support
  • Processing of customer files
Qualification
  • German as mother tongue
  • PC knowledge (basic)
  • Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, internet, laptop or PC, noise-cancelling headset)
  • Motivation and willingness to perform
  • High-speed internet connection
