Kenntnis, Beherrschung und Kommunikation der Verfahren und Besonderheiten der verschiedenen Produktkategorien, der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und der rechtlichen Verpflichtungen.
Befolgen Sie die Richtlinien und Verfahren des Konzerns in Bezug auf Sicherheit und Datenschutz.
Zusätzliche Verkäufe mit geeigneten Verkaufstechniken und Beratungsansätzen tätigen.

Gesuchtes Profil


Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache.

Erfahrung in einem Callcenter ist von Vorteil.
