  • Partner with the Creative Director and Resource Director to manage shared resources and optimize team bandwidth for high-volume output.
  • Develop comprehensive Scopes of Work (SOWs), negotiate rates, and manage client expectations to ensure project profitability and success.
  • Manage production budgets effectively, finding creative solutions to maximize client spend while maintaining high team morale.
  • Strategy, Insights & Innovation
  • Utilize data and campaign insights to inform future content development, aligning with agency methodologies to ensure measurable impact.
  • Continuously brainstorm and innovate new ideas to keep UNFOLD clients at the forefront of social trends and emerging creative opportunities.

  • Experience preparing logistics for events, including run-of-shows and production schedules.
  • Skill and talent to confidently give creative notes that elevate the final product.
  • Next-level project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead long-term, multi-scenario plans.
