About the Role & Program

The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 - June 2027.

What You Will Do

Our Quality Operations team is responsible for physically auditing the performance of cast and leadership within the Walt Disney World Resorts supporting Disney Springs, Disney Sports, Disney Water Parks, Disney Transportation, Disney Premium Services, Disney Parks & Resorts. Policies, procedures, processes, standards and interactions are evaluated providing valuable data to uphold the Disney standards.

In addition to the Resorts in Central Florida this dynamic team travels to Disney's Vero Beach Resort and Disney's Hilton Head Resort to provide senior leaders audits to assess service levels. As part of this team you will:

  • Participate and conduct audits across the Walt Disney World Resorts.
  • Develop, and coordinate the company's compliance with internal requirements & processes.
  • Present findings to senior leaders in a capstone project.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to partner with other teams and act with integrity.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and partnership skills.
  • Your prior experience as a foundation for learning the resort business.
  • Quick problem solver that crafts situations.
  • Deadline driven, time management and structure is their responsibility.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with operation leaders and cast.
  • Strong communication and comfortable communicating with executives.
  • Open and flexible to ad hoc projects.
  • Tech savvy with an ability to learn new applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data Entry or Audit experience
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (PowerApps, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Disney alumni preferred

Education

  • Currently enrolled as a Junior, or higher, at a college/university, earning a degree majoring in Hospitality, Marketing, Business or related area.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
    • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

  • Fully available for the duration of the internship (approximately 40 hours each week)
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
