About the Role

ANDMORE is seeking a customer-focused Admissions Specialist to deliver an exceptional first impression for customers attending our markets and events. This role serves as a key member of our Registration team, ensuring buyers, exhibitors, and guests receive outstanding service while efficiently processing admissions and providing accurate information about our campuses, events, and policies.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can effectively balance customer interactions with administrative responsibilities. During major markets, this individual will also provide leadership and guidance to temporary registration staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and register new and returning ANDMORE customers while accurately entering customer information into the registration system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, email correspondence, and telephone support.
  • Provide accurate information regarding ANDMORE campuses, market events, registration requirements, and admissions policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries professionally while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain inventory levels of registration materials and supplies.
  • During Markets, provide day-to-day leadership to temporary registration associates by setting expectations, answering questions, and offering coaching and support.
  • Assist with maintaining an organized, welcoming, and professional registration environment.
  • Participate in customer experience initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing the customer journey, helping support ANDMORE's broader company OKRs.
  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–5 years of customer experience, registration, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience required, including demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or providing day-to-day guidance to team members.
  • White-glove customer service experience required, with a genuine passion for creating exceptional, personalized experiences and building positive relationships with customers.
  • Nice to have: certification or training from a premier service standard program (e.g., The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, Disney Institute, or similar hospitality service excellence program).
  • Strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain professional, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated ability to learn and navigate multiple business applications, registration platforms, customer databases, and communication systems.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused under pressure.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and assist customers for extended periods during market events.
  • Ability to lift and move registration materials and supplies up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during ANDMORE Markets and special events.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced event environment.
