Go! Retail Group, based in Austin, Texas, is a national specialty retailer and the parent company of several iconic retail brands, including Go! Toys, Toys"R"Us, Disney Store Limited- Time Shops, Attic Salt, Wonder World, Calendars.com, LANG and other global brands. 

We are the world's largest operator of holiday pop-up stores, operating hundreds of locations in malls, outlets, shopping centers, and lifestyle centers across the United States.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a SEASONAL Office Coordinator to join our team. This position reports directly to the Sr. Leader and works closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals. The role requires daily interaction with members of the retail administrative departments. 


This role is 100% in office. 


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humor are a must.

Position Overview

The Seasonal Office Coordinator provides administrative support to our retail administrative teams by assisting with documentation for new store openings, record and file maintenance, and day-to-day office duties.  

Essential Functions

  • Work with teams on various projects and daily tasks 
  • Maintain and update databases, including setting up login credentials 
  • Create and update reports using Excel
  • Work with the Retail Operations Department to help document new store openings, including paperwork for new stores
  • Assist with the processing of store rent checks
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Work occasional overtime as business needs require

Qualifications / Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability and follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry and data management required (Training will be provided on company-specific systems.)
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgement, and high level of integrity
