The position will be primarily on-site. The individual is expected to reside in the First District.
The Digital Product Manager is responsible for supporting the -end-to-end product management lifecycle and optimizing the Bank's digital communications products. Partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization and IT, the manager will lead a team to deliver high quality- digital products that effectively serve the public, support the Bank's mission, and advance understanding of the organization while meeting business and user needs. The role also emphasizes AI readiness by ensuring responsible, secure, and effective use of AI tools to enhance product performance, user experience and optimize products discoverability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advance the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and user needs, including identifying opportunities to incorporate AI-driven- enhancements
  • Guide the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch and ongoing optimization-while evaluating opportunities for automation, predictive features, or other AI components
  • Lead product meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned on goals, timelines, responsibilities, and any AI-related- dependencies or considerations
  • Oversee requirements gathering and translation of user stories, including assessing where machine learning, natural language technologies, or AI-assisted- workflows can support user outcomes
  • Deliver on product roadmaps, balancing short-term priorities with long--term- strategy, including the responsible adoption and governance
  • Serve as a bridge between design, development, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all phases of the product lifecycle, with coordinated engagement across these groups
  • Manage the development of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to validate concepts and gather feedback, leveraging AI-assisted design tools as appropriate
  • Supervise the UX/UI design team, ensuring user centric design principles are upheld and intuitive experiences are delivered across all digital touchpoints, including thoughtful integration of human- AI- interaction principles
  • Oversee user research and testing to inform product decisions and design improvements, using AI-powered- insights tools when beneficial
  • Use data driven insights, user behavior, and analytics-augmented by AI--enabled analysis-to iterate and optimize- digital experiences while balancing business and user needs
  • Ensure all digital products meet information security standards and controls, including model governance, privacy, and AI-related- risk considerations

Supervision
This position supervises 1-4 employees, providing performance management, coaching, and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5-7 years in Product Management, UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with AI-enabled- products, analytics, or automation is preferred
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital products from ideation through launch, with strong UX and user centered design experience, including exposure to AI- supported- workflows
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user centered- design methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across cross functional- teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and outputs to inform product decisions
  • Excellent project management- skills with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
  • Customer focused- mindset with a passion for building products that solve business problems and deliver exceptional user experiences

The salary range for this position is $144,300 - $216,500.
