This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and knows how to keep complex digital ecosystems moving forward. You will serve as the day-to-day project management lead across various initiatives—helping drive timelines, align stakeholders, manage priorities, and ensure work moves efficiently across internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders.

You are not responsible for creative development or execution, but you are responsible for making sure the right work happens at the right time, by the right people, in the right way.

This person will be central to maintaining momentum across the platform, supporting both ongoing optimization and larger strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and drive ongoing initiatives, including:
  • Digital product updates and enhancements
  • Platform optimization and feature rollouts
  • Content launches and resource uploads
  • User experience improvements
  • Event-related digital extensions
  • Cross-functional partner and vendor coordination
  • Own the process by:
  • Building and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines
  • Managing weekly status reports and project documentation
  • Coordinating team workflows, priorities, and task management
  • Managing schedules across internal teams and external partners
  • Lead communication across:
  • Internal account, strategy, and creative teams
  • Development and web partners
  • External vendors and platform partners
  • Drive project success by:
  • Keeping work on time and on budget
  • Identifying risks early and solving proactively
  • Leading status meetings and project communication
  • Ensuring accountability across teams and stakeholders
  • Maintaining momentum and removing roadblocks before they impact delivery
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an agency, digital, or interactive environment
  • Strong experience managing website projects and digital platforms
  • Experience working across complex stakeholder groups and partner teams
  • Strong understanding of website development processes and digital production workflows
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end web best practices
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management tools and workflow systems. Experience with Airtable is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and platform management
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Additional Information

Who You Are:

  • You are proactive, not reactive
  • You solve problems before they become problems
  • You are calm under pressure and comfortable managing moving targets
  • You can confidently lead both clients and internal teams
  • You know how to push work forward without needing to own the creative
  • You believe great work starts with great process
