Job description

Position: AI Systems & Digital Operations Managerย 

(Hybrid โ€“ Oklahoma City | Triad Complete Healthcare / Triad MSO)ย 

Weโ€™re accelerating a statewide clinic expansion and building a next-generation MSO infrastructure. This role is the operational catalystโ€”owning AI integration, software stack build-outs, automation workflows, and the full marketing execution engine across all Triad Complete Healthcare locations.ย 

You will architect systems, execute cross-functional projects, and operationalize the tools that drive provider efficiency, marketing scalability, and MSO automation.ย 

Role Summaryย 

This position blends AI product ownership, marketing automation, software implementation, and on-the-ground brand deployment. Youโ€™ll manage the systems weโ€™ve been mapping outโ€”AI agents, ad-automation platforms, CRM workflows, content automation, clinic-level launches, and operational software upgrades.ย 

Youโ€™ll also serve as the execution arm for digital marketing deliverables (ads, social channels, content calendars, on-site shoots), but with a primary focus on replacing manual processes with scalable AI and automated pipelines.ย 

This isnโ€™t a โ€œcontent monkeyโ€ role. This is a systems-minded operator who knows how to turn AI tools into business infrastructure.ย 

Core Responsibilitiesย 

AI Integration & Automation Developmentย 

  • Build and manage AI agents across marketing, scheduling, operations, and communicationsย 

  • Implement automation pipelines using platforms such as Keragon, Tempo, AgentBuilder, and others, or similarย 

  • Develop automated multi-location ad scheduling, optimization, and content generation workflowsย 

  • Reduce manual staff workload by deploying LLM-powered SOPs, bots, and API-driven workflowsย 

  • Track, report, and optimize automation performanceย 

  • Work cross-departmentally to operationalize AI into clinical and administrative workflowsย 

Software Stack Ownershipย 

  • Evaluate and implement new software tools to streamline MSO and clinic operationsย 

  • Manage system rollouts across multiple clinicsย 

  • Build integrations across EMR, CRM, phone systems, insurance tools, scheduling, and reporting softwareย 

  • Act as project manager for new stack deployments and upgradesย 

  • Coordinate with leadership to maintain a unified technology roadmapย 

Digital Marketing Operationsย 

  • Create and manage FB/IG pages for new clinicsย 

  • Build location-specific ad campaigns using automated/AI-driven toolsย 

  • Maintain content calendars, with automated posting logicย 

  • Pivot rapidly for new service lines (MAT, GLP-1, pain, behavioral health, etc.)ย 

  • Track all digital performance and tie it directly to patient acquisition metricsย 

On-Site Brand Activationย 

  • Travel to clinic locations for grand openings, photo shoots, and quarterly content refreshesย 

  • Capture provider and facility images needed for ads and automated content pipelinesย 

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative outputsย 

Ideal Candidate Profileย 

  • Strong operator who can build systems, not just run tasksย 

  • Deep interest in AI tools, automation frameworks, and software ecosystemsย 

  • Ability to project manage multiple complex initiativesย 

  • App development experience is a strong plusย 

  • Comfortable in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift fastย 

  • Can execute both strategy (system design) and delivery (content, ads, automations)ย 

Compensationย 

Starting salary: $52,000ย
