Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily requests by managing content planning, creation, and publication on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Design and implement social media campaigns to highlight events, new programs, and special announcements.
  • Collaborate with freelance social media campaign specialists on special projects and weekly assignments.
  • Upload event videos to YouTube.
  • Create, design, test, and send 1-4 email newsletters weekly using the Emma email marketing platform.
  • Help craft engaging copy and subject lines targeting diverse audiences such as researchers, students, industry partners, and the general public.
  • Design email templates and graphics consistent with brand standards.
  • Perform A/B testing to enhance subject lines, content, and optimal sending times.
  • Refresh social media and email templates, signatures, and branding to reflect the newly merged organization.
  • Produce graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Emma, or comparable platforms.
  • Proficiency with social media publishing and monitoring platforms like Brandwatch, Khoros, or Sprout Social.
  • Experience or familiarity with communications within higher education, research, or technology sectors is preferred.

Education & Experience:
