General Overview
APEX TK is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Logistics and Operations Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Integrated Product Support optimization: logistics supportability analysis and planning, supply chain resilience, risk assessment.
  • Asset & Inventory Management: Property System Administration, Physical Inventories, GFP/GP Compliance, Lifecycle Tracking, Auditing.
  • Global Logistics & Fielding: CONUS/OCONUS Shipments, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) / Property Transfers, Fleet Operations, Supply Chain Security.
  • Program & Stakeholder Management: Interagency Coordination, Vendor/Contractor Relations, Cross functional Leadership, Risk Management.
  • Analytical Reporting: Data Analysis, Executive Presentations, Resource/Funding Allocation, Status Reporting, Process Optimization.
  • Executive Communication: Senior stakeholder briefings, policy development, strategic recommendations, data-driven decision support.
  • High-Value System Fielding: Lead, coordinate, and prepare critical documentation for fielding and transfers of advanced SATCOM Terminals and power systems to the U.S. military for strategic CONUS and OCONUS environments.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Active SECRET clearance required.
  • BA/BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strategic Planning & Network Design: Lead the design and evaluation of long-range logistics strategies aligned with mission objectives. Analyze and improve complex supply chain cost structures and service levels to optimize international asset networks.
  • Sustain & Audit High-Value Portfolio: Manage and maintain the Property Accountability System to track the active status of an extensive, multi-million dollar portfolio of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Government Property (GP), ensuring absolute compliance with federal source documentation.
  • Risk Mitigation & COOP Strategies: Assess global logistics risks (e.g., vendor performance, transportation disruptions, single points of failure) and develop robust mitigation strategies and Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans for government defense programs.
  • Liaison & Collaboration: Facilitate weekly and monthly alignment meetings with senior military leaders, key government agencies, and defense contractor executives to review current operations and resolve critical bottlenecks.
  • Executive Advisory & Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly reports and independent presentations to brief senior agency leadership, influencing critical decisions regarding funding allocation, global fielding, and asset transfers.
  • Proficiency MS TEAMS, One Note, SharePoint, and Word products.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Self-starter with capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MDA C2BMC products and the integration / interfacing with the other MDS assets, to include other space-based intel/DoD systems.
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), G-Army or other military service equivalent.
  • Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel.
  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts.
  • A basic understanding of GEN Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and how to apply those skills to assist in process improvement.
