Overview
At Dynamic Catholic, we are on a mission to re-energize the Catholic Church in America by developing world-class resources that inspire people to rediscover the genius of Catholicism. As we expand our reach to serve the next generation, we are launching a groundbreaking K–12 Catholic Curriculum rooted in truth, beauty, goodness, and practical spirituality.

We are seeking a mission-driven, highly organized K–12 Catholic Curriculum Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of this multi-year curriculum initiative. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep appreciation for the Catholic faith, a passion for education, and a proven ability to bring complex projects from vision to reality.

This is an unparalleled opportunity to play a crucial role in presenting the genius of Catholicism
to young people in a compelling way. Are you eager to use your talents and expertise to
reenergize the landscape of Catholic education in America?

Who We Are
At Dynamic Catholic our Mission is simple: to re-energize the Catholic Church in America. Catholics are leaving the Church at an alarming rate, and disengagement among those who remain is staggeringly high. This is where you come in. We are looking for driven, talented, and dynamic individuals who will work tirelessly to use their talents to inspire people to rediscover the genius of Catholicism.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of the K–12 curriculum development, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, feedback loops, and performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internal teams (content writers, designers, editors, videographers, etc.) and external partners (educators, subject matter experts, freelance contributors) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of curriculum materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with content creators and USCCB consultants to ensure all content is faithful to Church teaching, age-appropriate, pedagogically sound, and aligned with the highest educational standards.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable workflows for curriculum planning, review, and iteration, ensuring clear communication and consistent progress.
  • Milestone & Resource Management: Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple grade levels and media formats (print, digital, video).
  • Feedback & Evaluation: Coordinate focus groups and feedback loops with Catholic schools and educators to test and refine materials prior to broader release.
  • Mission Alignment: Develop a deep understanding of the Dynamic Catholic mission and brand, and ensure that all elements of the curriculum are aligned with the mission and uphold the brand.
What You Need
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with an exceptional eye for detail and quality.
  • Passion for innovation in Catholic education and a desire to make a generational impact.
  • Commitment – Deeply passionate about the Mission of Dynamic Catholic and willing to act as a Servant Leader; ability to be flexible and adaptable as the digital landscape changes,
  • Coachability – Genuine desire to receive feedback and improve; hunger for best practices and will effectively incorporate them into all aspects of your work.
  • Awareness – Willingness to pivot quickly as new priorities and opportunities arise, with the attention to detail to crush the work that follows.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility – The ability to embrace change with open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and resilience.
The Ideal Candidate is Familiar With
  • Agile or scrum methods of project management.
  • Project management tools like JIRA, Trello, etc.
  • Catholic educational environments and national curriculum standards.
What We Have to Offer
  • Real impact: Your work helps bring hope, healing, and inspiration to people in their everyday lives
  • Culture of servant leaders who have a constant willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
  • Competitive salary: we will aggressively compensate the right person for this position
  • Chapel in the office with Mass or Communion service offered weekly
  • Onsite workout facility
  • Collaborative environment in which your gifts and talents are able to shine
  • Generous benefits package: we cover 100 percent of your health insurance premiums
