The Project Manager, Arrowhead Creative Services is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of creative and marketing projects (from intake and briefing through production, compliance review, and final delivery) in a fast-paced, highly regulated insurance environment. This role supports Arrowhead Creative Services (ACS), the in-house creative team serving stakeholders and business units across Arrowhead Intermediaries, including the Marketing organization's strategists and the Programs, Wholesale, and Specialty divisions. • Own and manage the creative services intake and workflow process (Creative Queue) to ensure effective resource management, accurate prioritization, and on-time delivery.
  • Build and maintain realistic project timelines that account for the compliance, legal, and brand review cycles required in a regulated insurance environment.
  • Route creative assets through the established compliance review process; track required disclosures and approvals and maintain audit-ready documentation and version control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between ACS and stakeholders across Arrowhead Intermediaries, including Marketing strategists and the Programs, Wholesale, and Specialty divisions, setting clear expectations on scope, timing, and deliverables.
  • Monitor team capacity and workload; flag resourcing conflicts early and partner with the VP of Marketing & Creative Services to prioritize competing requests.
  • Coordinate work with external agencies and freelancers that supplement in-house capabilities.
  • Run status meetings, publish project updates, and proactively surface risks, blockers, and dependencies to leadership.
  • Help establish and continually improve standards for work quality, process efficiency, and on-time project delivery within ACS.
