Job description

HCT seeks an experienced oncology leader to serve as the Director of an Infusion/ Cancer Center located in California.

Schedule: Full-time interim to perm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for oncology physician practice and infusion services.
Lead decisions regarding relocation strategy, equipment purchases, space planning, and the future use of the existing cancer center.
Complete and implement a protocol allowing chemotherapy services to be provided at a hospital approximately three miles away.
Lead the expansion into two new levels of therapy requiring advanced oncology and infusion leadership experience.
Collaborate with medical oncologists and organizational stakeholders to support operational excellence, patient-centered care, and readiness for the new facility.

Requirements:
Education: RN and Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in Nursing or another related field, such as an MSN, MBA, or MHA, preferred
Experience: Minimum of three years of oncology, nursing experience combined with two years of leadership experience required
License: Active California Registered Nurse license required
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support certification required

Estimated Annual Range: Approximately $150k–$180k
