Job description

HCT seeks an experienced oncology leader to serve as the Director of an Infusion/ Cancer Center located in California.

Schedule: Full-time interim to perm

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for oncology physician practice and infusion services.
  • Lead decisions regarding relocation strategy, equipment purchases, space planning, and the future use of the existing cancer center.
  • Complete and implement a protocol allowing chemotherapy services to be provided at a hospital approximately three miles away.
  • Lead the expansion into two new levels of therapy requiring advanced oncology and infusion leadership experience.
  • Collaborate with medical oncologists and organizational stakeholders to support operational excellence, patient-centered care, and readiness for the new facility.

Requirements:

  • Education: RN and Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in Nursing or another related field, such as an MSN, MBA, or MHA, preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of oncology, nursing experience combined with two years of leadership experience required
  • License: Active California Registered Nurse license required
  • Certifications: Current Basic Life Support certification required

Estimated Annual Range: Approximately $150k–$180k
