Location: Atlanta, GA 30310
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Must be local to Atlanta, GA
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Representative to support the Transportation Services Department. The selected candidate will answer incoming calls from families, provide information about student transportation, document concerns, and coordinate with transportation staff to resolve issues such as missing or delayed buses, route questions, and bus location concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and assist families in Spanish and English.
  • Provide information regarding transportation schedules, routes, and delays.
  • Document customer concerns and actions taken.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control Technicians and transportation staff.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide professional, patient, and courteous customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student and family information.
Required Skills:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - Mandatory
