  • Lead the design team at a project level to deliver highly creative and well crafted design solutions for our clients' business needs
  • Implement creative vision, inspiring and being the catalyst for creativity and excellence
  • Present to various audiences, including clients; showcasing work produced and the collective POV
  • Generate and develop a broad range of design concepts
  • Solve creative problems, translate great ideas to impactful and captivating visuals
  • Develop, advance, and push design solutions
  • Infuse cultural relevancy into your work
  • Integrate AI tools thoughtfully into creative process while maintaining a high bar for craft and originality
  • Collaborate effectively with your teams across different disciplines

The Details

  • Full-time, benefits eligible position
  • Reports to Executive Creative Director
  • 8+ years of experience in a design agency setting, preferred
  • Multidisciplinary with experience in brand identity, design systems, and packaging
  • Experience working on brands that operate at significant scale
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Mastery of Adobe Suite and Figma is essential, bonus points for motion and 3D rendering skills
  • Located in or willing to relocate to New York City, with hybrid work schedule 3 days/week in-studio

 Compensation Range: USD $106,780.00 - USD $170,937.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
