The Returns, Fraud, and Abuse department is dedicated to safeguarding customer trust and business integrity. Our goal is to protect the interests of both our customers and our business, fostering long-term relationships built on reliability and trust.
Located in New Albany, OH the Returns Product Analyst, Returns will be responsible for delivering insights on opportunities and performance across Digital Checkout and Returns experiences, and for implementing action against these opportunities. This role will be responsible for helping our teams meet our objectives in the returns space including reducing overall returns, making our returns more efficient, and optimizing customer experience within returns.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
  • Support cross functional teams/process to drive execution against the Returns Roadmap of initiatives
  • Develop and drive improvement in the 'Total Cost of Returns' inclusive of OpEx and opportunity loss metrics
  • Assume accountability for the DRE write-off budget through policy enforcement and discovery / closure of new loss opportunities
  • Support monthly Returns Committee process with the objective of keeping leaders informed and leveraging them to help remove hurdles/make decisions.
  • Work with 3rd party tools/personnel to create reports and insights to action against with the purpose of reducing and optimizing returns
  • Support work with internal product facing teams (merchants, tech design, planners) to identify insights from reporting/data and turn those insights into action to reduce returns
  • Act as an SME as it relates to understanding how new features/operational issues impact returns
  • Work with development teams (Squads) to identify high impact initiatives in support of Returns objective and key results. Ensure the teams hit targeted deliverables on time and on budget
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain teams to ensure reverse logistics goals are set/met and operational impacts are identified and addressed.
  • Work closely with legal to ensure T&Cs are synched with changes made to the returns experiences and risks are known and mitigated with new tactics to reduce or optimize returns

What Do You Need To Bring?
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
  • Experience using dashboard such as PowerBI, Snowflake, or similar tools.
  • 3 - 5 years of digital product, digital transformation, retail industry, or related experience
  • History of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including technical teams, product teams, and analytics teams.
  • Experience creating successful business cases with adequate ROI to proceed to implementation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize according to business need and industry trends
  • Ability to communicate nuanced concepts in a way appropriate for executive leadership
