ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our legacy agency first opened in July 1994, and in August 2016 we expanded with a second office. Today, we have a seasoned team of nine at our original location and six at our second — together bringing nearly 150 years of combined State Farm experience. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years in public accounting as a CPA, and that background still shapes the analytical, service-focused approach we bring to our customers.
I attended the University of Detroit and served as President of the PKT fraternity Alumni Association for a decade. I’m married with five grown children, and supporting young people has always been meaningful to me. Each year, I present the dangers of distracted driving to newly licensed drivers at Royal Oak Shrine High School, a community outreach effort I feel strongly about.
We offer a 401k with match, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and plenty of flexibility to support a healthy balance between work and life. We're looking for relational, friendly and sharp candidates — team members who enjoy working collaboratively and bringing their best each day.
For someone who wants to learn from an experienced group and contribute to a long-established, well-respected agency, this is an exceptional place to grow your career.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Arce - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency’s success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. High performers can anticipate opportunities for advancement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.

QUALIFICATIONS:
