Job description

Help build the technology, data, and systems that power our mission.

The Phi Kappa Psi Foundation seeks an innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader to serve as our Associate Vice President of Advancement Systems & Enablement. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting people, technology, and data to create organizational excellence and measurable impact.

Behind every meaningful donor relationship, scholarship awarded, leadership experience delivered, and life changed is a strong operational foundation. As our Associate Vice President, you will lead the strategy, optimization, and stewardship of the Foundation's advancement systems, ensuring our technology, processes, and data enable staff and volunteers to work more effectively and make better-informed decisions.

Working closely with senior leadership and colleagues across the Foundation and Fraternity, you will oversee our advancement technology ecosystem, serve as the primary administrator of Raiser's Edge NXT, guide data governance and reporting initiatives, lead systems integrations, and champion a culture that embraces technology and data as strategic assets, not simply administrative tools.

This position is ideal for an experienced advancement operations or CRM professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, improving organizational processes, developing reporting and business intelligence, and helping others maximize the potential of technology. Success in this role requires equal parts strategic vision, technical expertise, collaboration, and a genuine desire to help colleagues succeed.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys building systems that empower people.
  • Thrives on turning data into meaningful insights and informed decisions.
  • Understands fundraising operations and advancement technology.
  • Has experience with CRM platforms such as Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, Salesforce and related advancement technologies.
  • Enjoys training, mentoring, and helping colleagues leverage technology with confidence.
  • Is energized by continuous improvement and finding smarter ways to support mission-driven work.

At the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation, you will join a collaborative, mission-focused team dedicated to expanding educational opportunities, strengthening leadership development, advancing scholarship, and investing in the lifelong success of our members. The systems you build and the processes you improve will directly support the Foundation's ability to raise, invest, and steward resources that positively impact thousands of students and alumni each year.
