At Bubble Binz, we help homeowners keep their trash bins clean, sanitized, and odor-free through professional curbside bin cleaning services. As we continue expanding our franchise system, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive operator to help build and support the infrastructure that allows franchisees to succeed.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves systems, operations, training, onboarding and helping businesses grow.

Role Description

The Franchise Operations Manager will own and help build the franchisee support experience from onboarding through ongoing operations. This role will help create scalable systems, training programs, support workflows, and operational processes that improve franchisee performance and consistency across the brand.

You'll work closely with leadership and franchisees to ensure operators feel supported, trained, accountable, and equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Onboarding & Training

  • Build and manage structured 30/60/90-day onboarding programs for new franchisees
  • Develop onboarding checklists, training plans, and operational playbooks
  • Coordinate franchisee launches and startup support
  • Help create and maintain LMS training content and learning pathways
  • Ensure franchisees complete required onboarding milestones

Franchise Operations Support

  • Serve as a primary support contact for franchisees
  • Assist franchisees with operational questions, scheduling, systems, and best practices
  • Monitor franchisee performance and identify support opportunities
  • Help maintain operational consistency across locations
  • Support implementation of new systems, tools, and initiatives

Systems, SOPs & Infrastructure

  • Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation
  • Help create scalable support systems as the franchise network grows
  • Organize and maintain internal operational resources and documentation
  • Coordinate operational projects across teams

Franchise Success & Communication

  • Maintain ongoing franchisee communication and accountability
  • Coordinate recurring check-ins and support touchpoints
  • Help improve franchisee experience and engagement
  • Track onboarding, support, and operational KPIs
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Assist franchisees with local marketing coordination and campaign execution
  • Coordinate marketing asset requests and brand materials
  • Support local launch campaigns, promotions, and community outreach efforts
  • Help franchisees execute brand-approved marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in operations, franchise support, customer success, onboarding, project management, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and process-building skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Experience building systems, SOPs, or operational workflows
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience with LMS platforms, CRMs, ticketing systems, or project management tools preferred
  • Franchise experience is a plus, but not required
