What You’ll Do as a Team Lead:

As a Team Lead, you’ll be the go-to person on shift. You’ll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will:

  • Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead and motivate team members
  • Ensure outstanding customer service
  • Help make pizzas and prepare food
  • Handle cash and basic store operations
  • Train and develop new team members
  • Support daily store goals and standards

Requirements:

  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
