Job Description

Franchise Development Salesperson Job Purpose: Recruit successful new franchisees for SpeedPro Imaging.

Proactively prospecting for new franchise candidates

Consultatively understand prospects goals and fit with the brand

Lead candidates through a multi-stage process to educate them about our franchise opportunity and get them approved as franchisees.

Work with independent franchise consultants and business brokers to source leads on a fee for referral basis

Exceed aggressive sales goals to support the growth of our franchise business

Understanding of state and federal laws concerning franchise sales and disclosures including Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD)

Track leads and candidates utilizing a CRM system

Ability to travel as needed, including weekends

Proven record in executing an organizations growth strategy

Ability to work in self-directed environment

Qualifications

5 + years' experience in sales

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high comfort level interacting with franchisees and franchise candidates via telephone and email

Experience with Salesforce, FranConnect, or similar lead tracking software

Recommended: B2B sales, print, design or graphics background

Demonstrated success having closed at least 8 franchise deals in last 12 months
