What You'll Do
  • Prospect into net-new accounts through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and manage targeted lists of operations, facilities, and property decision-makers
  • Secure qualified first-time meetings for Account Executives
  • Follow up quickly and professionally on inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, need, timing, and decision process
  • Convert leads into high-quality meetings and pipeline opportunities
  • Own your activity, meetings set, and pipeline generation goals
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and pipeline tracking in HubSpot CRM

What You Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Experience converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities
  • Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and professional
  • Organized and disciplined in CRM usage (HubSpot or similar)
  • Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset
  • Experience with sales tools or multi-touch outreach campaigns (preferred)
