  • Coach franchise owners on all aspects of their business, including operations, sales, marketing, team development, brand standards, and leadership, empowering them to build stronger, more sustainable businesses
  • Analyze financial statements, operational KPIs, and business trends to identify opportunities, develop strategic action plans, and drive measurable improvements
  • Drive adoption of Caring Transitions systems, standards, and best practices while helping franchise owners implement processes that improve efficiency and consistency
  • Build strong relationships through regular coaching calls, business reviews, field visits, and ongoing communication that fosters accountability, trust, confidence, and continuous improvement
  • Attend conferences, regional and national meetings, and other events as a Caring Transitions ambassador, representing the brand through presentations, training, and conversations with franchise candidates and new owners
  • Ensure timely payment of royalties, national branding fees, and other financial obligations
  • Partner with team members to share field insights, support strategic initiatives, and ensure franchise owners have the tools and resources they need to succeed

Who You Are:
