Flowback supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage a Frac Flowback well without supervision.
  • Ability to supervise up to 4 crew members.
  • Ability to perform effective and timely shift changes.
  • Identify, resolve, and support crew and shift need.
  • Mentor and train personnel
  • Review and document employee performance
  • Support supervisor / cross shift
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Rigging in and rigging out
  • Expert knowledge of Frac Flowback principles
  • Expert knowledge of separation process
  • Responsible for proper equipment performance and maintenance ensuring units are in safe and proper working condition.
  • Expert ability and knowledge of operating pressure tank equipment jobs
  • Expert ability and knowledge of operating wells up to 10,000psi (shut in pressure)
  • Supervise multi equipment jobs.
  • Supervise multi services jobs.
  • Proper management of onsite fluids
  • Strong technical and mechanical abilities
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment.
  • Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Create a proactive safety and service quality environment.
  • Ensure that all Health, Safety, and the Environment training courses are up to date.
  • Responsible for personal safety
  • Responsible for Identifying and reporting safety issues, perform follow up as necessary.
  • Responsible for Incident Management
  • Proper completion of safety paperwork daily
  • Contribute to the evaluation and communication of project with both client and manager.
  • Working knowledge of FIRE software
  • Establish and maintain communication with clients.
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with Frac Flowback Supervisors, Superintendent and Manager
  • Financial accountability for each shift, including equipment.
  • Responsible for the daily reporting of costs
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements:
  • Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • More than 2 years Frac Flowback experience
  • 1 or more years preferred in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Above average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
