About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Field Frac Supervisor (Wellhead) located in Midland, Texas. This role directs all activities for technical field service programs including product installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, customization of fracking equipment such as frac stacks and zipper manifolds. On Call Periods will be required.
Additional Information:
  • Schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off on rotation (weekends are included)
  • Employees may be eligible for Extra Shift Premium for hours worked outside of their regular schedule and in accordance with the company policy.
  • This role is located in Midland, Texas. Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate

What You Will Do:
  • Creates and manages field service infrastructure; establishes and maintains the training readiness of the organization.
  • Directs, motivates and develops the team. Supports the culture and values of the organization. Facilitates smooth workflow; ensures high standards and quality of technical work.
  • Drives the development of work plans, schedules and evaluation criteria for field service activities, projects and personnel.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience leading and supervising teams
  • Ability to operate a company owned vehicle.
  • Have a clean driving record, which generally means:
    • No more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months.
    • No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.

Top Candidates Will Have:
  • 5+ years of experience leading and supervising teams
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracking operations, including expertise in stack and zipper procedures, as well as comprehensive experience in overall fracking field operations
  • Experience managing a team of employees in a field-based role including managing time sheets, scheduling employees and job workload
  • Knowledge of EHS performance and DOT regulations

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers

Summary Pay Range:
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
