ABOUT THE ROLE

Red Seat Ventures is seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Account Executive to drive podcast and digital media sales for some of the most recognized names in the creator marketplace. This role spans across multiple platforms-including Podcast, YouTube, and Social Media-offering a unique opportunity to work with high-profile creators and innovative brands.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive business development by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across advertising agencies and brands.

  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that clearly articulate value and drive incremental revenue.

  • Prospect and pitch new business, expanding Red Seat Ventures' footprint and share of client advertising budgets.

  • Sell various ad formats, including host-read endorsements, Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), video, and custom branded content integrations.

  • Manage the full sales cycle-from initial outreach and proposal creation through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management.

  • Ensure flawless campaign execution, overseeing all aspects of delivery, reporting, and client satisfaction.

  • Create custom marketing and media solutions that align with client goals and optimize results across multiple platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7-10 years of experience in national audio or digital media sales, with established relationships at major agency holding companies and direct clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically manage high-value accounts and negotiate complex, multi-platform partnerships.
  • Deep relationships with direct clients as well as audio and digital buyers at major agencies.
  • Understanding of the media landscape and evolving advertising ecosystem, including data-driven sales, branded content, and creator monetization models.
  • Expertise in podcast performance and attribution selling, with a deep understanding of network targeting and the evolving programmatic advertising landscape
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and representing Red Seat Ventures in high-profile industry conversations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of leveraging insights to drive performance and innovation.
  • Passion for storytelling, content, and the creator economy, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented drive.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-160,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
