Seeking BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join talented team in northern NY.
  • Hospital Employed practice joining 2 other surgeons with 3 Physician Assistants
  • Full support of subspecialty practice growth
  • Building to 5 full-time surgeons
  • Supports one hospital in one clinic
  • Level III trauma center, bread, and butter Ortho, complex injuries shipped out
  • Hospitalist team admits ALL patients, Ortho is a consulting service
  • OR: Dedicated block time, flip rooms, Mako Robot
  • Catchment Area: 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division
  • Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME/AOA programs


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary: guarantee $685,000 (in addition to WRVU bonus model)
  • Signing bonus: $100,000
  • Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year
  • Relocation expense reimbursement: $20,000
  • Call 1:4 with additional pay beyond
  • 4-year contract
  • Excellent benefits package
