Join our team for the 2026 season at Asphalt Specialists, LLC., where a legacy of over 30 years in delivering exceptional asphalt services is fueled by the dedication of our outstanding employees. We are now accepting applications for Excavation Laborers with experience to perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. The excavation labor is responsible for removing of earth, rock or the materials in the ground and assist the heavy equipment operator to complete the task as a team. Must have reliable transportation. This is a seasonal job. Pay based on experience.

Requirements:
  • Must have experience as an excavation laborer or heavy equipment operator.
  • Experience using tools such as a shovel, spade, hoe, rake, and pickaxe.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
  • Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Always follow the dress code and proper use of PPE.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team to efficiently complete jobs to the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
