The Freestyle Ski Coach is responsible for delivering a positive and memorable experience for athletes by teaching freestyle skiing in a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about snow sports, driven to help athletes develop their skills, and committed to the growth and success of the freestyle program.


Responsibilities:


•Ensure a positive, memorable experience for athletes and staff by teaching snow sports in a safe and fun learning environment

•Create quality experiences for athletes by showing empathy and care for their progress

•Show interest in snow sports education by attending both mandatory and optional training clinics and workshops

•Maintain the highest level of professionalism by adhering to uniform requirements, grooming policies, and demonstrating loyalty to athletes and the company


Requirements or Qualifications:

•Experienced freestyle skier with a strong understanding of technique, skills development, and competition setups (e.g., rail jam, slopestyle, big air, ski cross)

•Knowledge of park setup and the ability to teach athletes how to navigate these environments

•Ability to work well with peers and athletes, driven to see athletes grow and excel in their discipline

•Passion for personal growth in snow sports

•Ability to work in all weather conditions

•Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
