Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Founding Account Executive - this is an onsite role in San Francisco. Salary range: 100-150K USD base (200-300K USD OTE) plus benefits plus equity.
We are your AI Operations teammate that helps you fully automate your SOPs end-to-end. Our agents can automate almost any complex workflow using a mixture of browser automation, document processing and API calls.

Companies in complex industries like Healthcare, Payroll Services, Logistics, Marketplaces have been using Champ to automate tedious manual processes end-to-end. Our mission is to eliminate repetitive work, so businesses can grow without having to scale headcount.

We are looking for a Founding Account Executive with 2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience to help build our go-to-market playbook from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in taking our proven product and turning it into a repeatable, scalable sales motion.

What will you be doing?

  • Work directly with the founders to sell to operators in healthcare, logistics, and other ops-heavy industries.

  • Build the GTM playbook that the next ten AEs will run.

  • Sharpen the discovery script, tighten the demo, and refine customer segmentation.

  • Source your own pipeline, run discovery calls, and help establish our initial CRM and RevOps processes.

  • Collaborate with a peer founding AE to trade learnings and accelerate our growth.

Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.

  • A track record of personally closing over $1M in new ARR in a single year.

  • Technical fluency and the ability to explain how an AI agent works.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving startup environment.

  • Hunter instincts with a low ego, ready to build processes from scratch.
