Job description

Founders Table Restaurant Group launched in January 2020 to create, acquire, and cultivate innovative and profitable founder-led restaurant companies. Founders Table, which currently includes Chopt, Dos Toros, and Protein Bar and Kitchen, leans on digital and operational innovation to drive the growth of industry-leading culinary concepts.
Founders Table is looking for a great Summer Intern looking for hands-on experience at a rapidly growing restaurant concept. Our Internship will provide opportunity to:
  • Work with the Catering Team to learn aspects of the Restaurant industry
  • Conceptualize and create plans to drive efficiency
  • Analyze current company data and current trends to draw meaningful conclusions
  • Collaborate with several departments across the Organization to assist with projects on an as needed basis

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excitement to understand and learn an existing and complex system
  • A desire to join an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment at a fast-growing company
  • Love for salads and burritos preferred, but not mandatory!
