JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a highly trusted, detail-oriented, and proactive Family Office Finance Manager to support our CFO and executive leadership. This role blends hands-on financial operations across multiple entities within the RMI Holdings family office (non-Regal operating entities) with high-level executive coordination.

1. Financial Operations
Financial responsibilities are focused on RMI Holdings family office entities (e.g., real estate, investments, and other non-Regal operations), not Regal Boats' core manufacturing operations.
    1. Own the full-cycle bookkeeping, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
    2. Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities
    3. Track intercompany transactions and ensure proper documentation
    4. Prepare financial data and reports to support leadership decision-making
    5. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial organization
    6. Understand and maintain clarity of financial flow across entities (not just transaction entry)

2. Data & Systems Management
    1. Maintain and organize financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
    2. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of financial data
    3. Support reporting processes by preparing clean, structured data sets

3. Family Office & Shareholder Support
    1. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and materials for ownership
    2. Support communication and coordination with family stakeholders
    3. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

4. Executive Support
    1. Coordinate calendars, meetings, and priorities for the CFO and President
    2. Assist with the execution of key initiatives and strategic priorities
    3. Anticipate executive needs, bring structure to priorities, and ensure consistent follow-through on action items


    5. Philanthropic & Foundation Support
      1. Support financial tracking and reporting for charitable initiatives (e.g., Regal Foundation)
      2. Assist with stewardship and organization of giving activities

    Required Qualifications
    1. 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations
    2. Experience supporting executives or business leaders
    3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks or similar accounting software
    4. High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
    5. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
    6. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. 7-10+ years of relevant experience in financial operations or family office environments
    2. Experience managing finances across multiple entities
    3. Background in small business, family office, or entrepreneurial environments
    4. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    5. Strengths aligned with high ownership and organization (e.g., responsibility, discipline, analytical thinking, and ability to coordinate multiple priorities
