Job description

Forum Health is seeking a Marketing Director to own strategy and execution for new growth initiatives being launched within our healthcare ecosystem. This role is designed for a builder with exceptional brand instincts and performance rigor?someone who can take early-stage offerings from concept to measurable success.

This role requires demonstrated experience building or scaling women?s brands (healthcare, lifestyle, beauty/cosmetics, community-driven consumer brands, or adjacent categories), and a strong track record with digital-first and/or community-based brands.

You will lead positioning, follower/membership growth, integrated go-to-market planning, and funnel performance?in close partnership with Forum Health?s internal content, creative, web/CRO, marketing operations, and lifecycle/recall resources, as well as external agency partners supporting creative production and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & ownership

  • Own annual and quarterly marketing strategy for Forum Health?s new growth initiatives.
  • Define target audiences, positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks aligned to Forum Health brand standards.
  • Build and maintain integrated go-to-market plans across content, community, partnerships, and conversion funnels.

Community + digital-first growth

  • Develop community-forward growth plans that build trust, engagement, and repeat demand.
  • Translate community insights into offers, content themes, and conversion funnels.
  • Build lightweight programs that create momentum (e.g., content series, community activations, ambassadorships, referral loops where appropriate).

Planning & executive reporting

  • Establish milestones (proof ? traction ? repeatability ? scale) and measurement plans.
  • Maintain a learning agenda (hypotheses, tests, outcomes, decisions) to inform pivot/continue/pause recommendations.
  • Deliver concise, data-backed updates and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Campaigns, funnels & conversion

  • Partner with web/CRO and marketing ops to create online experiences, lead capture flows, and conversion pathways.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle/recall to build nurture, retention, and reactivation loops where applicable.
  • Translate performance insights into rapid iteration of offers, messaging, creative, and funnel steps.

Cross-functional leadership

  • Coordinate briefs, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and agencies.
  • Ensure outputs meet clinical credibility requirements and reflect Forum Health?s brand voice and standards.
  • Identify constraints (capacity, operational dependencies, structural factors) and proactively adjust plans for feasibility.

Agency leadership

  • Lead Forum Health?s creative agency support for new initiatives (briefing, QA, deliverables, timelines).
  • Coordinate acquisition support with performance/SEO partners once thresholds are met.
  • Manage budgets and ensure quality, speed, and accountability across external partners.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Health Administration, Analytics, or a related field OR equivalent experience in lifecycle/CRM, customer engagement, retention, or marketing operations.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with ownership of strategy for a product/service line, brand, or growth portfolio.
  • Proven launch experience (new offerings, new markets, or new service lines).
  • Direct experience with women?s brands (healthcare, lifestyle, beauty/cosmetics, consumer community brands, or similar).
  • Strong digital-first and/or community-based brand experience, including building engagement and converting community attention into measurable outcomes.
  • Strong competency in experimentation, funnel strategy, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Experience leading agencies and cross-functional execution.
  • Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with lifecycle/CRM marketing and retention/reactivation programs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Annual base salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensures. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations
