Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $38.15hr - $43.15hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and operational support to the Operations & Engineering (O&E) Supervisor and the Electric Regional Operations team to ensure the efficient coordination of field and office activities.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the Electric Troubleshooter schedule, coordinating daily staffing assignments, and supporting workload prioritization.
  • Assists with tracking, documentation, and processing of customer and third-party damage reports, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up.
  • Supports the assignment and coordination of ETS pre-arranged customer request jobs and monitors workflow status to help meet service commitments.
  • Maintains tracking of ETS AED inspections and related compliance requirements, ensuring records are current and follow-up actions are completed.
  • Provides administrative support for ETS safety meetings, including note-taking, distribution of meeting minutes, and tracking of action items.
  • Assists with a variety of administrative follow-up requests, data entry, reporting, communications, and records management activities that support departmental objectives.
  • Performs additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Electric Regional Operations organization.

Skills:

  • Organization & Scheduling Management – Ability to effectively coordinate and manage complex work schedules, track multiple assignments simultaneously, and maintain accurate records while ensuring operational priorities are met.
  • Attention to Detail & Administrative Accuracy – Strong focus on data accuracy, documentation, and follow-through when processing damage reports, tracking inspections, assigning work requests, and maintaining compliance-related records.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with supervisors, field personnel, engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams, while supporting meetings, documenting action items, and facilitating timely follow-up on requests.

Education and Experience:

  • High-School and Bachelor's Degree required; also acceptable for candidates actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
