Industry: Fortune 500 Organic Lawn Care Product Manufacturing

Pay: $18.50/hr with weekly pay (opportunity for higher rate upon hire)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm

Overtime: 10-20 hours per week as needed

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, safety‑minded Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse and production operations in an outdoor environment. This role requires working in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold. The position involves material handling, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep for a growing Fortune 500 manufacturer of organic lawn care products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move, stack, relocate, and count materials.
  • Perform daily safety inspections on forklifts, including checking oil, water, and fuel levels.
  • Supply packaging lines with empty pallets and communicate pallet inventory needs to supervisors.
  • Remove palletized product from production lines and load them onto the stretch‑wrapper.
  • Operate and maintain the stretch‑wrapper, including changing stretch film as needed.
  • Place finished goods into inventory, ensuring accurate placement and preventing product damage.
  • Maintain plant cleanliness by restacking materials, removing debris, and cleaning equipment.
  • Read and follow Bills of Lading (BOLs) to load correct quantities and SKUs onto carrier trucks.
  • Communicate any BOL discrepancies to Dispatch or office personnel.
  • Perform physical inventory counts of finished goods as required.
  • Meet established quality, safety, and productivity standards.
