Job description

Role Description & Responsibilities
  • Support the BIOVIA Strategy team in driving the growth of the brand by researching markets, identifying needs, and analyzing current solutions and opportunities.
  • Contribute to Formulation Design and Scientific Informatics growth by identifying, scoping, and prototyping high-value, technically credible use cases that connect Formulation workflows with Scientific Informatics assets (Pipeline Pilot / ML Workbench) and process analytics.
  • Develop lightweight proof-of-concept pipelines, data analyses, and prototype workflows for internal enablement, customer workshops, and early pilots.
  • Accelerate portfolio convergence around Scientific AI and platform-aligned workflows, including 3DEXPERIENCE-connected narratives.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Planning lead on prioritization, executive alignment, GTM direction, partnerships, and investment recommendations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Technology or Innovation MBA, MS in Science or Engineering (or exceptional BS).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in data processing and rapid prototyping.
    • Solid ML fundamentals (practical experience with scikit-learn; PyTorch/TensorFlow desirable).
    • Experience with scientific data workflows (assay/analytical data, formulation data, stability/process data) and reproducible pipelines.
    • Exposure to agentic AI development.
    • Experience in R&D in CPG or Chemicals industry

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $22 and $40, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
