2026 Summer Internship

Genscript USA Inc. will support a Summer Internship Program that provides growth and learning opportunities to students currently pursuing an Undergrad/ Grad degree.ย 

Interns will be involved in a cohort training program designed to provide students with professional experience in the furtherance of their education. Internships assist students in reaching their educational goals by giving them the opportunity to augment classroom instruction with exposure to real world employment settings.

Overview:

Genscript is currently hiring for a Summer Research & Development Intern to join our Molecular Biology R&D group in Piscataway. This internship will be based in Piscataway, NJ and the hourly pay-rate is estimated at $20 - $24 per hour.ย 

This intern will assist GenScript R&D team members with day to day tasks closely related to our gene production.ย 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's, Master's Program within Biology, Molecular Biology, or related fields
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Basic understanding on Wet Lab principles and guidelines
  • Basic understanding of different Molecular techniques
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, organized, responsible
