Job description

Wojciech Murawski Appointed CEO of Autopay

At the beginning of the second quarter of 2026, Wojciech Murawski, previously co‑CEO, has assumed the role of CEO of Autopay SA. Andrzej Antoń, the company’s co‑founder and former CEO, remains on the Management Board and will fully focus on strategy, innovation development, and international expansion. The change has been formally approved through registration in the National Court Register (KRS) and represents a continuation of a process initiated last year.

The new division of roles reflects the company’s strategic direction, which includes scaling operations, developing its payments ecosystem, advancing embedded finance and agentic payments, and expanding into new international markets.

The Management Board of Autopay SA now consists of three members: Wojciech Murawski as CEO, Andrzej Antoń as a Member of the Management Board, and Ewa Woroszył as Chief Financial and Compliance Officer.

As CEO, Wojciech Murawski is responsible for the company’s business operations, product commercialisation, sales development, and strategic partnerships.

Andrzej Antoń, as a Board Member, leads innovation strategy and the international expansion agenda.

Ewa Woroszył, as CFCO, oversees financial strategy, reporting, as well as risk and compliance.

"We are entering a phase in which Autopay is no longer just a Polish fintech but is becoming an international player. The division of responsibilities between Wojciech and myself reflects what the company needs most at this stage: business momentum and consistent execution of a global strategy. Wojciech has been with us for nearly 20 years and has co‑created every key decision in the company — this is a natural continuation, not a change of direction," said Andrzej Antoń, Member of the Management Board and co‑founder of Autopay.

"I am taking full responsibility for day‑to‑day operations and scaling the business at a time when Autopay has a clear strategy, a strong team, and a real opportunity to become a European leader in embedded finance. Our priorities remain unchanged: the payments ecosystem, development of embedded finance, agentic payments, and consistent expansion into new markets. This division of roles allows Andrzej to fully focus on bringing the company onto the global stage," added Wojciech Murawski, CEO of Autopay.
