Responsibilities
  • Preparing charts, review the chart, organize daily meetings
  • Address patient's concern
  • Follow-up on patients
  • Offer solutions to the concerns
  • Review the treatment plans set by the dentist
  • Collect information related to the oral problem to the patient
  • Carry out form filling procedures with the new patients
  • Help the dentist with the treatment plans
  • Check on patients after the initial treatment
  • Mail necessary materials to new patients
  • Front Desk / Receptionist responsibilities

Skills
  • Minimum 2 Years Proven experience as an Patient Treatment Coordinator. Strong front desk candidates will be considered.
  • Dental Industry experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
