As an Inside Sales Manager on our Scouting team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, forging relationships, and representing our brand with passion and integrity. Location: Indianapolis, IN (In-Office)


Travel Requirements: Seasonal based travel to council locations by regional need. Roughly 10% or less of travel based on sales cycle.


HOW WILL YOU HELP US GROW?

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our relationships and internal tools in any way possible to drive growth.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our technology and products effectively and provide your councils with pertinent information.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for your Sales Leader as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to Scouting requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding the highest ethical standards.
Requirements:

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales with proven results.
  • Action-oriented and results driven leadership skillset with a strong drive to win!
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot.
