• Deliver high-quality orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse range of patients, focusing on accurate assessment, targeted treatment, and effective rehabilitation strategies.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that consider each patient’s goals, medical history, and specific needs to enhance recovery.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into therapy sessions, employing innovative techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs, fostering independence and understanding.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Forge Physical Therapy Services, you will work with a varied patient population, ranging from active adults recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals regaining mobility following surgeries. Your expertise will be essential in addressing a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, and preventative care strategies.

• Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Specialization or significant experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Demonstrated strong assessment and treatment skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective patient interaction and team collaboration.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic setting.
• Experience with a variety of rehabilitative tools and methodologies, including but not limited to therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.

Forge Physical Therapy Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
