Forge Physical Therapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated, licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Monroe Township, New Jersey. This role is based in a home care setting, allowing you to deliver personalized treatment in the comfort of our patients' homes. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish their individual needs, functional levels, and rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques suited to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Utilize advanced tools and methodologies, such as therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise programs tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, post-treatment exercises, and self-management strategies to facilitate ongoing recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment modalities used.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Forge Physical Therapy Services, you will serve a diverse population of patients dealing with various orthopedic injuries and conditions. This includes post-operative rehabilitation for joint replacements, recovery from sports-related injuries, and the assessment and management of chronic orthopedic pain. Your expertise will guide patients of all ages through their rehabilitation journeys, empowering them to reclaim their mobility and independence.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective patient education and teamwork.

• Additional certifications or training in specialized orthopedic techniques or modalities.
• Experience working collaboratively within a home care setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices that enhance patient recovery outcomes.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
