Are you a dynamic, self-starting leader with a proven track record in automotive retail? Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia, a part of the Mills Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Ford Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team. If you have at least 5 years of management experience with a manufacturer, possess exceptional time management skills, and are passionate about customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed retail sales goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction.
