We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as Footwear Retail Sales Associates at our Bozeman store. As a member of the Al's team, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience for every customer.

Working with the top brands in the industry, including Brooks, HOKA, Chaco, On, and more, the ideal candidate is knowledgeable and eager to share their expertise and passion to help customers find the perfect fit.
We're seeking candidates who are passionate about footwear, comfort, performance, and style-and who are committed to delivering excellent customer service. In addition to working with the top brands in the industry, you'll have access to employee-only discounts and exclusive vendor deals!
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive customer experience through fair, friendly, and courteous service.
  • Greet and assist customers in an engaging and helpful manner.
  • Assess customers' needs by asking questions about fit, activity level, comfort preferences, and intended use.
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations based on customers' lifestyle and performance needs.
  • Measure and fit customers properly to ensure comfort, performance, and satisfaction.

Qualifications
Required
  • Flexible availability with the ability to work all mandatory sales events, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations.
  • Strong interest or background in footwear, running, outdoor activities, or fashion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

    • What is the schedule for this job?
    • The schedule for this position includes day and evening shifts Sunday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with open availability required on Saturdays. Shifts are available in 4-, 6-, and 8-hour blocks.
      This can be a full-time or part-time role, with hours ranging from 18 to 40 per week. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and shifts may vary within the general timeframe of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We particularly need team members available for evening shifts.
